01Service and eligibility
CompoundX provides in-browser markers, reach estimates, action records, result settlement, and user-initiated AI drafting. All core product features require an active Pro subscription; users without one can access only the public website and account- or subscription-related pages.
You must be old enough to use online services under the law where you live and have an X account you may lawfully use. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you can bind it to these terms.
CompoundX is an independent product. It is not an X Corp product and is not endorsed, sponsored, or represented by X Corp.
02Account and OAuth authorization
Sign-in uses X OAuth 2.0. You must protect your X account and device and may not share or resell a CompoundX session. You may revoke access in X's connected-app settings or contact CompoundX to request deletion.
The X authorization screen controls the scopes you grant. Ordinary sign-in requests only identity-reading scopes. Scheduled publishing uses separate authorization for text publishing, image uploads, and offline refresh; it does not request permissions to like, follow, reply, send direct messages, or publish video.
03AI output, estimates, and final publication
AI drafts and reach forecasts may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for context. They are not facts, professional advice, or guarantees. You are responsible for checking accuracy, tone, rights, and compliance.
Safe mode copies content only, and convenient mode only places a draft in X's editor. After you separately grant publishing access and confirm a schedule or “Publish now,” CompoundX will publish that original post at the corresponding time. You must review it before confirmation and remain responsible for the result.
Past performance, predicted reach, action windows, and settlement figures are decision aids and do not guarantee views, engagement, followers, or business results.
04Acceptable use
You may not use CompoundX to:
- Send spam, harassment, hate, fraud, unlawful material, or content that violates another person's rights.
- Impersonate others, manipulate engagement, or evade restrictions imposed by X, browser platforms, or CompoundX.
- Conduct unauthorized automated publishing, bulk scraping, account control, credential collection, or data resale.
- Attack, probe, or disrupt the service, or bypass quotas, payment, access controls, or security measures.
- Violate applicable law, X terms and developer policies, or browser-store policies.
We may limit or suspend suspected abuse to protect users and the service.
05Pro subscription, cancellation, and refunds
CompoundX Pro's standard price is US$19.90 per month; it is currently offered at a limited-time price of US$9.90 per month, renewing monthly until canceled. When the offer ends, new subscriptions return to the standard price; renewal amounts for existing subscribers are governed by the checkout shown at purchase and any later notice. Taxes and the final amount are shown by Creem at checkout. Creem handles payment details; CompoundX does not store full card information.
You can manage or cancel through the account billing entry. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless checkout terms or applicable law say otherwise. Refunds, chargebacks, and statutory withdrawal rights are handled under the terms shown at purchase and applicable law.
We will give reasonable notice before material price or paid-feature changes take effect. New prices do not apply retroactively to completed billing periods.
06Intellectual property, your content, and third parties
CompoundX software, branding, interfaces, and original content belong to the CompoundX operator or licensors. We give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license for personal use.
You retain rights in your input and confirm you may submit it for processing. As between you and CompoundX, you may use returned drafts, but third-party rights, platform rules and applicable law may still restrict a particular use.
X content belongs to its respective rights holders. X, Creem, AI processing services, cloud infrastructure, browser platforms, and other third-party services have their own terms. CompoundX does not control their availability or conduct.
07Availability, disclaimers, and liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We work to maintain it but do not promise uninterrupted, error-free operation or permanent compatibility with changes to X pages and interfaces. We may maintain the service, address security issues, or adjust features.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CompoundX is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss, or loss of profit, opportunity, reputation, or data. Nothing excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
08Termination, changes, and contact
You may stop using the service and uninstall the extension at any time. We may suspend or terminate service for material or repeated violations, security risk, or legal requirements. Payment, ownership, disclaimer, and liability terms that by nature should survive will continue after termination.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in advance through the website, extension, or another appropriate channel. Continued use of the updated service means acceptance.
Before starting a dispute, contact support@compoundx.cc so we can try to resolve it. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
